Unique Filter

Unique Features
Filters are unique in the sense that they not only protect precision components by removing particles but protect the oil too.

Protection from fine particles :
The dense filter media traps fine particles upto 3 micron absolute and 1 micron nominal. Most damage to precision hydraulic components is caused by particles smaller than 10 microns. No hydraulic system is designed to remove these particles as it adds to the cost of manufacturing. Therefore removing such particles is left to the maintenance team of the user. These particles get removed from the systems during flushing or filtration only after incurring a expensive pump damage or replacement or expensive machine downtime. Until then removal of such fine dust and wear particles are left unattended.

Protection from Moisture :
Presence of free water in oil is most damaging for Lubrication. Free water causes rust. causes additive drop out, aids in oxidation leading to varnish build up. Our Filters will remove all free water from the oil. Unlike electrostatic filtration systems free moisture will not handicap the filtration process.
Protection from Varnish and Sludge :
Oxidation of oil due to exposure to atmospheric oxygen, high pressure and temperatures, adversely affect the chemical stability of the oil and produce gummy complex resins generally called varnish and sludge. Presence of varnish and sludge clog pores and cause valve sticking that leads to malfunction in critical applications that use servo valves or proportional valves, cartridge valves or high pressure piston pumps.
